We at Nine8 Prints strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at nine8prints@gmail.com

What is Nine8 Prints's Exchange Policy?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a size change, you can request a return for it from your Orders Page.

Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked, and we will issue credits in your bank account for the value of the products returned. A return handling charge of Rs. 100 per product will be applied, except in the case of a wrong or defective product sent. Cash on Delivery handling charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?

Please request a return for it from your Orders page and mention the error or defect in your order.

Please raise a return request or inform us by sending a mail to nine8prints@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery in case you have received a wrong product. Taking a video of opening the package will help in a quick resolution for damaged or defective products.

Please inform us by sending a mail to nine8prints@gmail.com within 48 hours in case you have not received your order but you have received an email or SMS saying that your order is delivered.

What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Once you request a return, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office, and the products are verified. We will credit your Bank account worth Rs.100 in lieu of the shipping costs in case you received a wrong or defective product. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

How do I self-ship the products?

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Can I get a refund in my bank account for a return?

Prepaid orders have the option of receiving refunds in the same Bank Account, Card or Wallet from which the original payment was made. Requests for bank transfers can only be made for up to 7 days from when the return is delivered.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will only be issued in Bank Account unless you have received a wrong or defective product.

Can I return some products out of a larger order?

Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Nine8 Prints's Exchange Policy?

Face Masks, Phone cases, Coffee Mugs, DTF T-shirts, Mouse pad, Coasters, Posters, Caps, and Fridge Magnets and Keychain are Print-on-demand products. These are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

We will also not accept Returns or Exchanges on Pre-ordered products or for products under any special promotions where it is specifically indicated that the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?

You can cancel your order from your Orders page if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day. Face Masks, Phone cases, Coffee Mugs, DTF T-shirts, Mouse pad, Coasters, Posters, Caps, and Fridge Magnets and Keychain cannot be cancelled once these products have been manufactured as they are printed on demand.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned?

Yes, the same product cannot be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
